Our very first winemaker’s dinner will take place on Wednesday May 28th starting at 6:30pm. Four courses paired with delicious wines and the winemakers themselves to guide your tasting experience. Your night begins as a reception with Charcuterie and Cava.
It will be hosted by Matt from Tre Amici Wines, who will be pairing their consignment wines with the following menu by Chef Lukas:
Open-faced crepe topped with sauteed shrimp, scallops and calamari with fennel and radish salad dressed in a cayenne vinaigrette
Magret de Canard: Crispy duck breast with braised shallots, sauteed kale and rhubarb, finished with a ginger jus
Herb marinated beef tenderloin with grilled radicchio and foie gras sauce, served with mushroom quinoa
Mint chocolate mousse with strawberry coulis and a caramel almond crisp
